H. “Boots” Cooper

H. "Boots" Cooper is a champion wheelchair sports builder who has been involved since the 1960s. He has served in administrative roles with the Edmonton Paralympics Sports Association, Canadian Wheelchair Sports Association, Alberta Northern Lights Wheelchair Basketball Society, and National Wheelchair Basketball Association. "Boots" Cooper has attended numerous competitions as a team staff/team manager. Some of these competitions are the Pan American Games, Wheelchair Olympics, and the Stoke-Mandeville World Games. He is the founder of and secretary-treasurer of the Sports Fund for the Physically Disabled.
