Scott Henderson

Scott Henderson has skied competitively for eleven years winning two Canadian Men's Downhill Titles and one Canadian Men's Slalom Championship. He was a member of the Canadian Men's Ski Team at the 1968 Olympics. His most memorable moment as an athlete came when he won two of three races in Australia in 1967 during the World Cup summer circuit. He was forced to retire from competing after he broke his leg while racing in France in 1969.

Scott Henderson has organized and coached skiing, helping to develop and run one of Canada's most successful men's downhill programs. In 1975-1976, he coached the "Crazy Canucks" to the number one ranked position in the world.
