Arthur Thomas Potter

Arthur Potter began his involvement in amateur hockey in 1927 when he coached a junior team. He went on to become the president of the Edmonton Hockey Association for seven years and an executive member of the Alberta Amateur Hockey Association from 1943 to 1959. Arthur Potter was elected to the executive of the Canadian Amateur Hockey Association in 1959 and served in that position until 1966. He was president of the Association from 1962 to 1964. The Canadian National Hockey Team was formed during his years as president.
