Thelma Crowe

Speed Skating Athlete - Inducted 1976

Thelma Crowe is one of Alberta's outstanding speed skaters. During her competitive years from 1937 to 1942, she won a total of 14 medals and 35 certificates. She was also the Alberta Amateur Outdoor Speed Skating Champion from 1936 to 1942. Coming back from retirement in 1946, Thelma Crowe won the Alberta Senior Women's 220 yard event.
