
Jean Ross
Synchronized Swimming Builder - Inducted 1968
Jean Ross provided outstanding service to synchro swimming for many years. She coached the Edmonton Aquadettes, who won the Canadian Senior Championship in 1961. This same club went on to win six Alberta Senior Championships, seven Alberta Intermediate Championships and seven Alberta Junior Championships during the period from 1958 to 1966.

1968 Inducted into the Alberta Sports Hall of Fame
1977 Retired from teaching swimming
1998 Aquadettes Masters Club - won four, first-place awards and
1998 100 m backstroke in the 80+ category, Jean set a new national record
2000 Inducted into the City of Edmonton Sports Hall of Fame
